Social Impact Objectives at GreaterHeight Academy
Every person, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to achieve their aspirations. Through our partnerships and programming, we aim to:
-
Ensure anyone with the passion and readiness to succeed can access GreaterHeight Academy programs, even if they can’t pay out of pocket.
-
Increase representation of women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and veterans in tech roles across a range of industries.
-
Build and foster a tech talent pipeline that reflects the diversity of communities where GreaterHeight Academy operates and the global GreaterHeight Academy community.
WHAT WE DO
Serving Our Community
GreaterHeight Academy provides dynamic tech education that covers both hard and soft skills. Together with nonprofits, government leaders, and companies, we work to enable adults and fresh graduates from underrepresented groups to unleash their potential and pursue careers in tech.
Our innovative programs are designed in collaboration with trusted partners and provide routes to careers in growing fields. We also offer financing options for prospective students who can’t afford the full cost of tuition, such as our partnership with Climb Credit, a merit-based loan program.

WHO WE ARE
A Leader in Tech Education
Since 2008, GreaterHeight Academy has transformed tens of thousands of careers through pioneering, experiential education in today’s most in-demand skills. A leading source for training, staffing, and career transitions, we foster a growing community of professionals pursuing careers they love.
We have also transformed thousands of careers with our full-time Immersive programs. Our curricula focus on skills that today’s companies need: software engineering, data science, and user experience design.
In addition to intensive training, Immersive students receive job search support from dedicated career coaches. This ensures graduates are armed with both tech skills and tools for landing a new role.
