Over 25% of Greater Height Academy’s part-time students receive tuition reimbursement from their employers. It’s a great way for your company to invest in your future and increase your team’s value. By following our three simple steps, asking can be as easy as one, two—well, you get the idea.

 

 

 

    Step 1
    Know Your Options
    Speak with HR. Does your company have an employee education budget? Ask whether your employer will pay for your education up front or with tuition reimbursement, and find out about any other criteria you may need to meet.

    Step 2
    Make Your Case
    Speak with your manager. Show them how your new skills will make a positive impact on productivity and revenue. To help make your case, we’ve created a PDF you can use to answer your manager’s questions.

    Step 3
    Get Enrolled
    Speak with an Admissions Associate. They’ll work with you as you make your way through the application process. Spaces are limited, so the sooner you start, the better your chances of landing a spot.
